Geothermal Services
What is it?
Nearly 50% of the solar energy that reaches the earth is stored in the ground. So, the earth
holds a consistent temperature of 50-70 degrees. In winter, a geothermal system absorbs the heat from the earth
and distributes it in your home. In summer, the system reverses and pulls the heat from your home and
expels it to the earth.
How does it benefit you?
According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), geothermal systems are "the most energy efficient,
environmentallly clean and cost effective space conditioning systems available today."
| Savings | Up to 80% lower operating costs that other heating and cooling systems |
| Comfort | Even temperatures year round with dehumidification when cooling |
| Environment | Geothemal is a clean, green and renewable technology. |
| Reliable | Geothermal units have few moving parts therby requiring little maintenance. |
| Safe | No flame. No flue. |
